Job Description
 Managing sales and ensure achievement of given business target
 Maintain rapport with dealers, ensure good service levels to dealers and TAT within
defined limits
 Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are
available as well as the terms of those services
 Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines for Used car business are strictly
 Follow up for PDD collections
 Ensure NIL nonstarters and follow up for payments
 Liaison with TCM’s for specific details of cases allotted.
 Account wise follow up on daily basis in person or over phone basis nature of the
 Updating the collection status and case wise feedback to Territory Managers
 Assisting the line managers in executing the collection & recovery of assets
 Responsible for maintaining MIS / reports of all the data collected from customers
Job Specification
 Qualification :- Minimum Graduation pass.
 Age :- Between 22 to 30 year.
 Technical Skill :- Basic Computer knowledge
 Experience :- 2 to 4 year in tractor sales
 CTC :- 16000+Incentive
